Important Liability Notice
Unless Full Value Protection is separately requested and confirmed in writing before transportation begins, this shipment will be transported under Released Value Protection only.
Released Value Protection limits carrier liability to $0.60 per pound per article, subject to applicable transportation rules, exclusions, and service terms.
Optional Full Value Protection
Full Value Protection is not included in this estimate unless separately requested and confirmed in writing before pickup.
If available, it may be purchased for an additional charge of 2.5%–5% of the declared market value, plus a $15 protection processing fee. Higher rates may apply to mirrors, chandeliers, paintings, electronics, antiques, custom, fragile, or non-repairable items.

| Terms Reference | Transportation services are additionally governed by Zaberman LLC service terms and the final Bill of Lading. In case of conflict, the final Bill of Lading governs transportation services, claims procedures, and filing deadlines. |

- shipment information used for estimate generation is accurate to the best of customer knowledge;
- Released Value Protection applies unless Full Value Protection is separately requested and confirmed in writing;
- additional charges may apply for undisclosed shipment conditions or operational requirements;
- customer had the opportunity to review applicable transportation terms and liability limitations;
- electronic approval or signature constitutes customer acceptance of this estimate and referenced terms.
